You will be able to witness the mesmerising Vasundhara falls at the opposite stretch of the Alaknanda River after taking a short stroll via the route. This section of the river is located in the valley. After that, you will have to make a laborious climb through a region that is prone to landslides in order to get to the campground.
You will need to depart from where you are right now, which is Laxmi Van, and make your way to Chakratirth on the fourth day of your journey. In this respect, the climb will be quite challenging because of the winding form of the route and the slick quality of the surface of the road itself. After you have climbed to the top of the valley, you will be able to take in a peaceful view of the Neelkanth, Chaukhamba Peaks, and Balakun mountains. After taking in their breathtaking scenery, you will need to negotiate a shallow mountain stream and then go down a road that has been flattened up. Chandrakund is a little lake that is situated a short distance away from Suryakund, and it is going to be your goal for the sixth day.
Your adventure will start considerably earlier than normal on the seventh day of your vacation. Today, you will need to finish your meal as quickly as you can and then immediately begin walking in the direction of Suryakund. However, the sights that you will see and the vistas that you will take in here will leave you in amazement, so be sure you get out your camera as soon as you possibly can. It would take you around 6-7 hours to get to the base camp of Swargarohini, where you may have some time to relax after your journey. After that, you may go for a little walk in the surrounding areas, and then return to your tent in plenty of time before nightfall and sleep peacefully.
After you have finished your meal, you will have to return to the magical lake of Satopanth by travelling via the same path that you used to get there in the first place, which is how you ascended. To accomplish this goal, you will need to trek around 13 km, which might prove to be a strenuous endeavour for you. On the other hand, after you come back to the camp, you will have the opportunity to indulge in a delicious vegetarian meal before retiring for the remainder of the night.
To go from Satopanth Lake back to Mana on the eleventh day, you will have to trek around 15 km during the course of the day. The descent, on the other hand, would take a lot less time than it normally would under these circumstances. Despite this, the path ahead is going to be somewhat challenging. Therefore, you should make sure to stroll about with the utmost caution. After you have arrived in Laxmivan, you will be served delectable meals to satisfy your appetite before retiring to your tent for the night. This will allow you to get some much-needed rest.
You will start your descent towards the settlement of Mana on the 12th day of the trek. The journey will be 8 km long, but you should be able to do it in four to five hours at most.
