Welcome to Holy Himalaya, the best trekking company in Uttarakhand, India.

Below are some conditions of our company, please go through them all:

Booking Conditions:

  1. 2000rs per person will be the booking amount.

  2. The remaining payment must be made 2 days prior to the trek start date.

  3. Advance booking amount cannot be clubbed with any other trek.

  4. If there is any situation of cancelling the trek by the government or nature activity, then the trek will be adjusted for another mutual date. No refund will be there.

 

Refund Conditions:

  1. If the trek is cancelled by you before 1 month of the start date, then 100% of the amount will be refunded.

  2. If the trek is cancelled by you before 15 days of the start date, then 50% of the amount will be refunded.

  3. If the trek is cancelled by you before 10 days of the start date, then 20% of the amount will be refunded.

  4. If the trek is cancelled by you within 10 days of the start date, then 0% of the amount will be refunded.

 

Payment Methods:

  1. You can make the payment through our secured payment gateway system and GST invoice will be shared after the full payment.
